Meyer Industrie-Electronic GmbH buys encoder production from IMG-Drehimpulsgeber December 2021
On December 1st, 2021, MEYLE buys the IMG-Drehimpulsgeber unit from Nugun GmbH, including the assets of rotary encoder production, warehouse, customer and supplier relationships and the internet and email domain.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, the production with the same employees will remain in the present facility until March 2022 and will be integrated into the MEYLE production facility in Lengerich from April 2022.
MEYLE is expanding the encoder program range that has been built up for over 20 years with new versions and over 40 years of know-how from IMG-Drehimpulsgeber.
We look forward to offer IMG-Drehimpulsgeber customers and our existing customers an expanded range of rotary encoders as well as our engineering solutions, our own MEYLE products and a wide range of systems and components for automation, drive and measurement technology.
